摘要:
地震避难场所是保障城市安全的一项重要的公共服务措施,对其空间选址的适宜性进行评价,有利于完善城市规划,更好地服务于民。以台中市西屯区为例,从安全性、有效性、接近性三个方面选取指标因子进行地震灾害的风险分析,根据台湾专家建立的层次化评价指标体系确立因子权重,应用灰色关联分析法获得地震避难所评价指标的相对权重与排序,建立避难所空间点位评价模型,再借助mat-lab进行灰色关联矩阵的分析运算,最终获得评估结果。结果表明:在45个研究对象中,大部分公园或学校具有较强的适宜性,可以作为地震避难所;约有36%的公园或学校不宜作为城市地震避难所。
Abstract:
Being one of the important public service facilities, the earthquake shelter is intended to ensure urban security. To evaluate the suitability of site selection, the earthquake shelter is conducive to improving urban planning and serving the people better. With Xitun District of Taichung City being an example, we selected the suitability evaluation index factors from the three aspects of safety, effectiveness and accessibility to analyze the risk of earthquake disaster. We defined factor weights under the hierarchical evaluation index system established by Taiwan experts, and figured out the relative weights and sorting of evaluation index of earthquake shelters by the gray correlation method to establish the space-point position evaluation model of the shelters. Then, we analyzed and operated the gray correlation matrix to obtain the final evaluation results by Matlab Software. The results showed that among the 45 research subjects, most of the parks or schools boast fairly strong suitability which can serve as earthquake shelters, and about 36% of the parks or schools being unfit to be taken as earthquake shelters.
