介绍了2017年7月23日吉林省松原市宁江区M4.9地震的基本情况及地震构造背景,根据46个村屯的调查结果,得出极震区为Ⅵ度。对强震数据进行分析,提出仪器微观烈度在应用中快速、直观等优点。震区主要受到破坏的是土木结构房屋和砖木结构房屋,总结震害特征和震害原因。对强震仪器的建设和数据使用提出建议,并对震区农村民居改造、加固和防震减灾工作提出建议与展望。
Abstract:
Firstly, the basic situation and seismic tectonic background of the MS4.9 earthquake in Ningjiang District, Songyuan City, Jilin Province on Jul. 23, 2017 is introduced. Based on the field survey results of 46 villages, we concluded that the maximum intensity in earthquake zone is Ⅵ degree. Secondly, Analysis on the strong earthquake data, we put forward that advantages of the application of the microcosmic intensity of the instrument is rapid and intuitive. Thirdly, the main damages in the earthquake zone were the civil-structure houses and the brick-wood structure houses, so we summarized the main characteristics and causes of earthquake damage. Finally, we proposed suggestions on the construction of strong earthquake instruments and the use of strong earthquake data, and offered proposals and prospects on reconstruction of rural residential buildings as well as earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in earthquake zone.
