摘要:
城市社区应急避难场所布局的合理性对城市防灾减灾起到非常重要的作用。选取广州市人口密集的荔湾区为研究区域,结合两步移动搜寻法和OD矩阵对其应急避难场所的可达性进行研究。结果表明:(1)荔湾区应急避难场所面积比重较大,以公园和广场型为主,主要分布在北部和南部并呈带状;(2)人口密度和人均应急避难场所面积匹配度较差,避难场所空间分布的公平性较低,有多条街道缺乏应急避难场所相关的建设;(3)荔湾区应急避难场所可达性水平整体较低,南部街道比北部街道可达性水平高;服务半径为500m时荔湾区应急避难场所的可达性Ai≥12的服务面积达到最大。
Abstract:
The layout of urban community emergency shelters plays a vital role in urban disaster prevention and reduction. We selected the densely-populated Liwan District of Guangzhou as the survey region to study the accessibility of emergency shelters by the two-step floating catchment area method and OD matrix. The result shows that: (1) The emergency shelters in Liwan District, mainly being in the form of parks and squares, occupy an area large proportionally, and are principally distributed in the south and north parts of the district, taking the shape of a belt; (2) The low matching degree exists between the population density and the per capita area of emergency shelter, the spatial distribution of the shelters is far from being fair, and many streets have not been equipped with emergency shelters; (3) The accessibility to emergency shelters in Liwan District is generally low, the accessibility of streets in the south is higher than those in the north; when the service radius is 500 m, the accessibility Ai ≥12 of service area of shelters in Liwan District reaches the maximum.
